The structure founded in 1991 was one of the many
abandoned rural houses in the Italian countryside. It dates
as far back as 1546, which is engraved on the mantel of the
fireplace in the main house, but throughout the years has
endured modifications and improvements which have always
been made keeping in mind the traditions of the rural family
that had passed it down from the foundation until 1991It was
found to be in a dangerous condition, structurally, so the
first course of action was to create a safe environment on
which to renovate, being careful to respect the original
structure as much as possible.
The house’s restoration carefully followed the original
materials, techniques and other criteria used traditionally
in this area.
Also the furnishings, though not of the original house,
follow suit and were carefully selected to respect the
economic and cultural atmosphere of our location.
