We find ourselves in the high Metauro valley, a river rich in ancient roman history, which creates the backbone of our region. Located in the center of the province Pesaro-Urbino, Mercatello sul Metauro is immersed in green mountainsides, rich forests, and flowing rivers.
The nature surrounding Ca’Gnoni in the high Metauro valley is rich and diverse because so much of it has yet to be touched by man and civilization. These pictures give just a sampling of the plants, flowers and animals to be found in our region.
